I am a representative of life
I am not the sole exhibit.
There are billions of us
living, breathing, screaming
trying to find out
what is left
to accomplish.

We work together as examples
of what it means to be alive
by building up walls
and closing ourselves off
hiding, lying, dying
to escape a reality
that nothing is left
to accomplish.

I am the poet senator,
a representative
of everything we hope to dream.
I'm not a hero,
I'm just a boy
and I'm proud of the way
I stand on my own.

People need other people,
and we need community
to reach the world,
because we need to admit
we're not alone.
There is hope
there is still
a whole world left
to accomplish.

This is my manifesto,
and I like to say I'm a dreamer
and I like to believe I'm a screamer.
This is my manifesto,
and I'll reach the whole wide world
with all of my dreams.
This is my manifesto,
I'm not the only left,
I'm not the only one.
This is my manifesto,
There's still community left.
