The beauty of summer.

Buds into beautiful blossoms burst.
Sun creates green but instils a thirst.
Tender tendrils trained to entwine.
Tumbling, trailing their blooms so divine.

Daisies, buttercups, are meadow's favourite dress.
Breezes flutter leaves as they softly caress.
Bees bustle, buzzing, their busiest time.
The butterflies' dance is simply sublime.

Clusters of colour they climb and they cover.
Everyone is surely a flower lover?
Bounteous, bold, striking, superb.
Our world without them would be absurd.
