Labyrinth of the Unknown

Pz-avatarby David Watts16 Oct 2013

The labyrinth of the unknown, the hub of ineffable quandaries,
I hear the birds sing as a feeble gust
guides my feet towards a
mysterious path.

Memories of yesteryear linger in my steps,
Forgotten faces peer from the shrubs,
Mistakes and advice coalesce in tears,
I want to turn back.

Free from childhood; I am an adult in infancy.
I traipse along.
