Read introduction

A poets solitude.

Rhyming with orange

Mcc.1111by robert mccolley01 May 2014

Today the enveloping side/
Of the sun/
Has begun to sway/
My mind in heavy clouds/
Has lost the forgiveness/
Of the day/
Many colored brightly lit/
Tearing eyes all blur the way/

Of what used to be.

The cradle that once was filled/
Now lingers emptily/
In the waning fields of time/
Sailing over empty thoughts/
Waves with salty rhyme/
Rocking now to the cracking sounds/
Of a wooden creaky boat/
Puffing by an by/
Passing moments/
To an empty colored yolk.
