From Flordia

I fell in love with poetry when I was 12 years old, after having to memorize and perform a poem in my 7th grade English class. Once I read the words of Nikki Giovanni's "Ego Trippin" I knew I found the answer to my soul's prayer...poetry instantly became my fortress. I find poetry to be the perfect way for me to express myself and speak on emotions I usually stay quiet about. Poetry has helped me to face many of my inner demons and fight some of the skeletons in my closet. I have one published ebook, Poetic Asylum, now available on Kindle for $0.99. I would like to point out that I'm not a poet that focuses much on proper poetic educate, I genuinely focus on telling the truth of my pen and expressing the story of my soul. If you are interested in soulful truths then I hope you find my work to provide just that for you. Thanks for stopping by, Read, Enjoy, Comment :)

What inspires me?

In all honestly, the pain of life and the overcoming of pain is what inspires me. Not just my story but stories of everyday people conquering fears, pain, and secrets.

My best line

Not sure if this is the BEST line's I've ever written, but this sums up the reality of every line I've ever written. My mind has never escaped me Wherever it goes it takes me Sometimes to hell Sometimes to heaven More often than not it forsakes me
