Dew

Opened the door.
A
see-through blanket covering all that I can see.
Nestling in it all of nature
and
no fringes as far as I can see.
Form tree tops to blade of grass, homes nestled in a grayish vail.
An hour passed,
light peeked through,
cottony the vail appeared.
Less gay and more white
like cotton ball pulled apart thin.
On earth
nestled in all the crevices’ far and near.
All is wet and no rain drops.
Dew
came to satisfy the thirst of all its living growing things.
Door was opened,
In It came
to dowse me with its sweet heavenly nectar stream.
